The Le Pré complex consists of a large renovated barn of 200 square metres floor area. The Old House was built in the 18th century, a second floor was added in the 19th century. The barn was built in 1832 possibly by 'unemployed' former Napoleonic soldiers!
The west part(left side of the picture on the right, a view from the south) is divided into a master bedroom which accesses onto a private area of the main terrace, a luxurious lounge and dining area with large french windows which open onto the main terrace. There is also a shower room and loo for the master bedroom.
The east side of the barn is comprised of a lounge area with cots and a playpen, a bathroom, two double bedrooms on the first floor, a bedroom with three beds and a shower room on the ground floor all of which makes up the Small House
